Mrs Quick is considering continuing the unbaked tradition by producing a fresh frozen unbaked pie.

Benefits to the customer: 

1)                   Better quality product
As the pie is only cooked once by the consumer, the pastry will far better quality than what currently happens with all cooked pies. Ie cooked in the factory, chilled, then frozen, packed and then reheated by the consumer.

2)                   same cooking time as a pre baked pie

3)                   less handling

4)                   possible shelf price decrease

 Drawback to customer:

      1)         Not suitable for microwave cooking
